New public art Signal Pine by Ottawa-based artist Amy Thompson has been installed at Laroche Park in Mechanicsville.
This new artwork is located in Laroche Park and pays homage to the area’s rich industrial history. Serving as both a wayfinding feature and a gathering space, the new sculptural artwork invites visitors to explore, connect, and reflect on the community’s cultural and industrial heritage.
